Ingredients
1loaf of French bread
1cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)
2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1teaspoon Italian seasoning
1tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Toppings of choice (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, etc.)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place the halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.

Brush the cut sides of the bread with olive oil.
