1cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2cup butter, softened
1cup granulated sugar
1cup brown sugar
2large eggs
2 1/2cups all-purpose flour
1teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
