Elegant Strawberries French Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
    For the Crepes:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Filling and Topping:
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Melted chocolate or Nutella (optional)
Instructions

    Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and lump-free. Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes.

    Pour ΒΌ cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden.
