  • For the Crisp Topping:
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional: (1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, 1/4 cup shredded coconut)
