Easy Crispy Cheddar Cheese Crackers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (or cayenne for spicier crackers)
  • 4 tbsp cold butter, cubed
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 3 tbsp 3–4 cold water

    In a food processor, combine the flour, salt, and paprika. Pulse to mix.

    Slowly add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing until dough comes together.
