Ingredients
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans tuna, drained (5 oz each)
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
