Ingredients
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, to prevent noodles from sticking)
Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper or a lightly oiled tray.

    Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
